Fashion Inspiration: Geology 🌍

This is a reshare of an inspiration album I made for reddit in 2018, but reusing seems on-theme for Earth Day 🙃. Plus, I just really love these photos and want more people to see them and be inspired by the beauty of rock and mineral formations 🌋

Sources and descriptions given when known. But if you know more about any of them please share! You can view these images and more on my Pinterest board.

Hope you enjoyed this! For a continuous stream of excellent (and slightly more educational) content in this vein, I highly recommend following @fashion.biologique on Instagram.

  1. I LOVE this: so much! My (43 page) CV includes working with an international fossil and mineral dealer, which was when I fell in love with nature’s art, so to see it here repeated in fashion gives me all the feels. Sadly,I know from experience that the geological architecturefashion pieces are usually mega bucks 😦
In fact, I’m tempted to say that a large percentage of interesting fashion is.

Alluvial to carry on with the word play…
